Frodo had a sports day at school today. I couldn't attend, since we've got to go to a meeting at the school tomorrow about Frodo's progress, and Samwise's Nursery School concert on Thursday.
Novelist Supermum went along and said that Frodo enjoyed himself. His "house" colour is blue, which handily meant that he could wear his Everton kit.
We didn't know how much Frodo was going to take part, but it sounds like all of the kids took part in the events.
He did OK at dribbling a ball, and also at the sack race - which due to the dilapidation of the sacks involved sticking your feet through the holes in the bottom and running.
He didn't do so well at an event which involved jumping from a standing start - which is something he does all the time at home! The thumps from upstairs as he lands sound like he's about to come through the bedroom ceiling, and last night he got told off for jumping into the bath off the side.
