Flash Floods in Liverpool Today

This is the scene on the main road, round the corner from our house around 2pm today.
I've just checked the United Utilities website, and this street is still affected by the hosepipe ban :-D

    The newish shop where the Virgin megastore used to be selling boating and sailing stuff may not be so crazy then...
